上周同事发给我作总结，里面有一句话：

学习了新浪 SAE 云平台 - 了解，附了 SAE 首页的地址，和一篇评论 SAE Pros and Cons 的博客，文章写于2011年10月，当年被诟病的缺点，大多已经不复存在，但是优点还是在的，这里引用一下，我个人也非常喜欢新浪 SAE。

真是不错的应用，这么好的产品出现在你的眼前，你心动了吗？至少也应该安装一个 WordPress 体验一下！只是粗浅看看文字是远远不够的。

我不是天资聪颖的人，三十年来，一直在不断的学习，到今天也才混成这个样子，看别人都是幸福，瞅自己全是眼泪，但是，唯一的出路，只能是继续努力。每次打开 SAE 的主页，在我眼前晃得最多的，就是7层反向代理，说实话，到现在，我也没搞清楚何为反向代理，怎样做到 7 层的。我常说，一个好员工，不能老想着外出面试，但是，你一定要有通过面试的能力。你能通过 SAE 的面试吗？

现在不行，那就从 SAE 已经公开的资料，开始学习吧。

Perl is a dynamic, dynamically-typed, high-level, scripting (interpreted) language most comparable with PHP and Python. Perl's shell scripting heritage makes it great for writing glue code: scripts which link together other scripts and programs. Perl is ideally suited for processing text data and producing more text data. Perl is widespread, popular, highly portable and well-supported. Perl was designed with the philosophy "There's More Than One Way To Do It" (TMTOWTDI) (contrast with Python, where "there should be one - and preferably only one - obvious way to do it").

Perl has horrors, but it also has some great redeeming features. In this respect it is like every other programming language ever created.

今天 Lua 发布了5.2.2，这是一个 bug 修复版本，一门令人神往的语言。

Lua 是一个小巧的脚本语言。作者是巴西人。该语言的设计目的是为了嵌入应用程序中，从而为应用程序提供灵活的扩展和定制功能。

Lua 脚本可以很容易的被 C/C++ 代码调用，也可以反过来调用 C/C++ 的函数，这使得 Lua 在应用程序中可以被广泛应用。不仅仅作为扩展脚本，也可以作为普通的配置文件，代替 xml，ini 等文件格式，并且更容易理解和维护。

Lua由标准 C 编写而成，代码简洁优美，几乎在所有操作系统和平台上都可以编译，运行。

一个完整的 Lua 解释器不过200k，在目前所有脚本引擎中，Lua 的速度是最快的。这一切都决定了 Lua 是作为嵌入式脚本的最佳选择。

自从 2009 年我找到 Confluence 之后，对其它的 Wiki 引擎，就再也没有发掘的兴趣了，很专一。

你会问，为什么写 BBS6 文档，又搞一套 DokuWiki？主要还是看重它的轻，不依赖数据库，只要有 PHP 环境就可以跑起来（其实 Confluence 也是支持嵌入式数据库的，只是 Java 的主机，远没有 PHP 普及）。

但文档还没有开始写，DokuWiki 的各种局限性开始暴露，虽然尝试用 MarkDown 插件、侧边栏插件、文字颜色插件、改名插件 等程序来增强，但最终在发现 Confluence 支持将整个空间导出为 HTML 之后，立刻决定放弃 DokuWiki，虽然它的默认主题很好看，虽然它支持分段编辑。

看起来很诱人，安装极为顺利，启动立刻报错，囧！
